When I (Caitlyn) started LUX in 2018, I aimed to create a five-star glam experience for both freelance artists and clients. Our growth has been entirely organic, so looking back at our team photos and seeing how far we've come is truly incredible. Proud mom moment for sure :')

To be a LUX artist means that you value education, diversity, hard work, and community. I hand-selected every artist on our team to ensure they align with our values and have the skillset needed to provide an incredible LUX experience. Going down Instagram rabbit holes to find artists is no fun, and communicating through DM's leaves a lot of room for error. Lucky for you, we've put in the leg work of curating an incredibly talented team of artists so your late-night IG searches can finally come to a close.

From the start of planning to the day of service, everything was top-notch. There was plenty of communication and I always knew exactly what was needed from me throughout the whole process. Tanya (hair) and Veronica (makeup) made me and my whole bridal party look amazing. I never wear makeup, so I was worried that everything would feel heavy, but I felt very comfortable the whole day! My husband (still feels weird typing that, haha) had his skin retouched and he looked so handsome and felt really confident! I recommend getting a service for the guys too, if you can swing it!
